As Catechists in Children’s Ministries, we have been called to echo the Word of God in our lives and in the lives of children and their families.

To assist catechists who are volunteers in this ministry, a range of training and formation options are available through this Office free of charge.

Volunteers are encouraged to undertake appropriate training and to participate in regular in-service events.

Current Children’s Ministries within the Parish include:           

• Liturgy of the Word with Children
• Activity days
• Sacramental Catechesis
• Youth Groups
• Play groups
• Family Catechesis  
• Religious Education for children attending State Schools
