Reporting to the Director of catholicLIFE and working in close collaboration with the catholicLIFE management team, the Senior Coordinator of Evangelisation & Ministry to Youth is responsible for supporting the Director in implementing the vision of the Archbishop for pastoral development in the Archdiocese consistent with the catholicLIFE strategic plan.

The two key areas of responsibility for the evangelisation and ministry to the youth team at catholicLIFE are:

*  Evangelisation:  This gives focus to the embedding of evangelisation across the Archdiocese, including the development of system wide dialogue around Catholicity, Catholic Identity and the evangelising role of individuals and faith communities, and

*  Ministry to Youth:  This gives focus to policy and strategy development for the spiritual formation of youth (16 - 35 years) in the Archdiocese.

The role holder will focus on a particular set of tasks, as outlined in this role description and reviewed with the Director from time to time, and may also cover tasks as circumstances develop and require.
