How do I arrange for my CDF On line password to be reset?
Email cdf@adelaide.catholic.org.au, provide your CDF Online logon and request a new password. The new password will be sent by return email.

How do I query unidentified amounts on my statements or check my account balance?
Unidentified amounts on statements can be queried by telephone (8210 8215) or email to cdf@adelaide.catholic.org.au quoting CDF account number and date of transaction.

How do I look up rejected COPS (Cards Online Payment Service) payments?
From the COPS website, and the “reports” option, enter the date of the day rejected transaction would have been processed (from & to dates will be the same). Ensure the “show only rejected” box is ticked and click on the “go” button.

How do I arrange for changes to signatories on my account?

How do I arrange a new pre-paid Funeral plan?
Contact your preferred Funeral Director to discuss your arrangements and instruct the Director to lodge your payment with CDF

How do I arrange to drawdown on loan accounts?
Email details of the loan drawdown schedule to cdf@adelaide.catholic.org.au

How do I request to stop a lost cheque?
Email cdf@adelaide.catholic.org.au advising the cheque account number, date cheque written, payee and amount. CDF will organise for the cheque to be cancelled and advise when this has been done.

How do I close a Koala Club Account?
By letter, signed by the parent who originally signed the Koala club application form (if unsure both parents sign); provide details of the child's account into which the funds are to be transferred. Include a phone number in case CDF need extra information.
