Audit Tool/Risk Assessments/SOPsSite Level Audit ToolsSite Level Audits are conducted at sites to monitor compliance at site level for occupational health and safety. Once the audit is conducted and recorded for each procedure any actions or issues which arise from the audit should be discussed with the Manager of the site and also with the OHS Committee. These should be followed through with reports, risk assessments and action plans. The audit does not require to be forwarded to Catholic Safety Health & Welfare SA but will be required for viewing during an audit for the licence.
