Members of CTC faculty teach undergraduate and post-graduate topics and offer supervision for research higher degrees, all of which are conferred by Flinders University.
The fully developed theology program of CTC is offered in collaboration with the other theological colleges on campus, through the School of Theology of Flinders University. A brief description of these degrees follow:

Bachelor of Theology (BTh) is a four year full-time (or part-time equivalent). The degree consists of three areas of study: Biblical Studies, Historical and Systematic Theology and, either Pastoral Studies or a major sequence from the topics offered in other disciplines at Flinders University. Students may elect to exit after only three years with a Bachelor of Theological Studies (BThSt)

Bachelor of Theology Honours (BTh(Hons)). The Honours program is a one-year full-time (or part-time equivalent) degree, designed to allow academically more successful students to further their knowledge in more specialised fields within theology.

Graduate Certificate in Theological Studies (GradCertThSt) is an 18 unit program offered by the School of Theology on a part-time basis. It is expected that the course will be completed within two years. The entry requirement is to have successfully completed a three-year degree or equivalent from a recognised higher education institution.

Graduate Diploma in Theological Studies (GradDipThSt) is a course designed to follow on from the Graduate Certificate and expand students’ investigation of a range of theological and biblical studies.

Master in Theological Studies (MThSt). The course is designed especially for those people who wish to update their knowledge in particular areas of theology and in contemporary issues in the study of religion. Applicants must normally hold a three year theology degree or a Graduate Diploma in Theological Studies.

Master of Theology (MTh) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
These two Flinders courses are classed as research higher degrees and involve little or no course work. An approved research programme is carried out in a specified period of time under the direction of a supervisor and one or two co-supervisors.

Graduate Certificates and Diplomas in Religion and Ethics
These courses provides teachers of religion and ethics with a sound and comprehensive understanding of current scholarship in these disciplines.  They are unique in focusing on informed religious and ethical reflection on society today, drawing on the full resources of the Christian tradition.

Master of Arts (Religion and Ethics)
The Master of Arts (Religion and Ethics) is a 72 unit program comprising of coursework and research.  This course assists students to acquire advanced skills in rigorous independent thinking and the critical analysis and evaluation of religious and ethical texts.
