In the Church, as in all areas of life, formation and on-going formation is essential for the more effective living, understanding and functioning of Christian life. Formation should be available to all baptised Catholics so that they may confidently claim their rightful place in the mission and ministry of the Church. It is the task of the Ministry Formation team to provide this formation at both a parish and deanery level as well at a leadership level.
