The Ministry Formation Program is coordinated by Dr Patricia Fox rsm, at the Catholic Theological College of SA at Brooklyn Park.

The primary purpose of this programme is to prepare people for accreditation and appointment to ecclesial ministries within the Adelaide Archdiocese. It is designed for lay people and religious seeking formation for leadership within the broader Catholic community. Participants include: seminarians; deacons; pastoral directors/associates; chaplains; pastoral ministry coordinators; administrators within Catholic institutions; parish ministers; and Neighbourhood Church leaders.

The Ministry Formation Program is a four year part-time programme which incorporates the Adelaide College of Divinity Associate Degree in Ministry.
