Karl A. Schultz is the director of Genesis Personal Development Center in Pittsburgh. He is an author, speaker, and retreat leader on personal and organizational development and biblical spirituality, particularly the practice and application of lectio divina to such topics as:
- parish and family spirituality – potential fulfillment and wellness
- gender relations and communications – time and stress management
- care-giving and suffering – journaling
- theology of the body – the teachings of Pope Paul VI
